You will start your journey at Lisbon Oriente. The station is at the end of Lisbon's red suburban line. A bus station behind Lisbon Oriente serves local lines and lines connecting to cities outside of Lisbon, such as Madrid. Most trains heading southward depart from Lisbon Oriente. You can take the suburban train to Satna Appoloina, the main train terminal in the city center. 

You will end your journey at Lagos train station. Bus line 1 can take you to the station from the city center, and a taxi will get you there in three minutes.
